Colorado Probate Law Firm PLLC offers a free 30-minute virtual consultation by phone or Zoom for prospective clients seeking help with an uncontested Colorado probate matter where the decedent left a will.
During the consultation, we will discuss:
the basic facts of the estate and the proposed Personal Representative;
whether there is an original will and any codicils;
the county where probate may be filed;
whether anyone is expected to object to the will, appointment, or distribution of estate property;
the general informal-probate process and the next steps; and
whether the matter appears to be one the Firm may be able to accept.
The consultation is intended to help determine whether the Firm and prospective client are a good fit. It does not create an attorney-client relationship, and the Firm does not represent anyone unless and until both the Firm and client sign a written engagement agreement.
The Firm does not use the free consultation to provide an opinion on a will’s validity, resolve a family dispute, advise on contested probate issues, or guarantee a result. If the matter appears to involve a contested issue, an unavailable original will, or services outside the Firm’s scope, the attorney will discuss the appropriate next step.
